About The Company

Otrix Life Science LLP is a fast-growing personal care and beauty brand, known for delivering high-quality and innovative cosmetic products. With a strong presence in both online and offline markets, we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to strengthen our on-ground retail and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily field visits to build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and salon partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Generate new leads, expand the customer base, and increase product penetration.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement in retail stores.
  • Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager for order processing, scheme implementation, and promotional activities.
  • Collect and report competitor information, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve order-related issues.

Key Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of field sales experience in the FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetic, or Personal Care industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales, distribution channels, and market coverage.
  • Goal-oriented, energetic, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Sales/Marketing specialization preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
  • Experience in launching new products is a plus
