Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Expansion Identify and tap into new educational institutions within the assigned territory. Analyze local market trends to discover new business opportunities. Expand reach through collaborations, partnerships, and participation in education fairs/events. 2. Build Relationships Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with principals, management, and decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular engagement and trust-building. Handle client queries and provide timely solutions to build credibility and loyalty. 3. Promote Our Products Conduct demos, presentations, and workshops to showcase the value of our Ed-Tech solutions. Communicate product benefits clearly and tailor pitches based on client needs. Drive product adoption and awareness across schools, colleges, and coaching centers. 4. Own Your Region Take full responsibility for the performance and growth of your territory. Track daily activities, client interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive support and follow-up. 5. Strategise and Execute Design territory-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals. Set clear targets and implement action plans to achieve them. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, support, operations) to ensure smooth execution. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Tech/MBA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in Ed-Tech sales, institutional sales, or field sales. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of the education sector. Self-motivated and target-driven. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Preferred Skills: Experience in Ed-Tech or Publishing Industry. Fluency in local language(s) along with English. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
