Tendering and Estimation Manager – Interior Fit-Out Projects
NOTE: Only candidates having experience 7+ from Retail and Commercial Fit out out of 12 Years shall be considered

Location: Greater Noida
Department: Estimation / Tendering
Reports To: Director / General Manager
Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in interior fit-out estimation
Qualification: B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Degree/Diploma in Interior Design

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Tendering and Estimation Manager to lead our estimation and bidding efforts for high-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, rate analysis, quantity take-offs, tender documentation, vendor negotiations, and value engineering with at least 12+ years of proven experience in the interior contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the tendering and estimation process for interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential).
  • Review architectural and MEP drawings, project specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate cost estimates.
  • Conduct site visits when necessary to assess project requirements and constraints.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure alignment of scope and cost.
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and material/labor cost estimations.
  • Solicit and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents including pricing, technical submissions, and compliance statements.
  • Lead the tender review process with senior management and contribute to risk assessments.
  • Monitor cost variations during pre- and post-tender stages.
  • Maintain a database of historical costs and benchmark data to aid future estimates.
  • Participate in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Track market trends and pricing to ensure competitive and profitable bidding.
  • Support contract negotiation and handover to the project execution team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (or related discipline).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in tendering and estimation for interior fit-out projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, methods, and the latest industry pricing for fit-out works.
  • Strong understanding of architectural, civil and MEP drawings.
  • Proficient in software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with international fit-out standards and practices.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract types.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
