Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Tender Management: Identify and monitor relevant tender opportunities on platforms like GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement Portals. Scrutinize tender documents and extract key requirements including eligibility, scope of work, and deadlines. Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, technical) for the collection of necessary documents. Prepare technical and commercial bids as per tender specifications and guidelines. Ensure timely submission of tenders in online/offline formats. Track status of submitted bids and follow up on clarifications, corrigenda, and results. Coordination & Documentation: Maintain a centralized repository of all tenders, supporting documents, approvals, and correspondence. Handle vendor registration, empanelment processes, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with OEMs/partners for authorizations, technical data, and pricing when required. Communicate with tender issuing authorities for queries, clarifications, and bid submission updates. Post-Tender Activities: Assist in negotiation, contract finalization, and post-bid documentation if the bid is awarded. Support in tracking contract deliverables and timelines. Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of tendering procedures and platforms like GeM, CPPP, eProcurement. Strong document management, drafting, and formatting skills. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
