Roles and Responsibilities

Liasoning with government offices include submission of application, processing and obtaining sanction, seeking relevant statuary approvals and clearances from various concerning departments.
Drafting legal documents for submission of tenders to government authorities and obtain release order, attend pre-bid tender meeting.
Interacting and working closely with government officials towards the speedy implementation.
Provides the intact information as per the updated Government Policy, Act and Proc
edures.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Coordination activities as per the requirement
Formulating and summarizing reports, minutes of all meetings conducting industry research

Skill Set and Competencies

Functional

Advance Excel/MS Office
Prompt execution
Organized form of filling

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience preferred from similar industry

Customers:

Internal - Employees from HO

External - Govt. Authorities from various dept.
