Job Description

Location : Rohini, Sector-16

Experience : 1–3 years of experience

No Of Position : 1

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and review relevant government and private tenders.
Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments for required documents and approvals.
Ensure compliance with tender specifications and company policies.
Maintain proper documentation of all tender-related activities.
Track tender status and follow up with concerned authorities.
Analyse tender results and prepare reports for management review.
Maintain relationships with vendors and government agencies.
Monitor online tender portals and keep track of new opportunities.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of tender submissions.

Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field).
1–3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or related field.
Knowledge of e-tendering platforms and government procurement portals.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong documentation, coordination, and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
