NURA aims to detect cancers and lifestyle diseases early through regular screening programs. These programs are designed to identify diseases in healthy, asymptomatic individuals at an early stage, increasing the likelihood of successful treatment. NURA Centers are located in Bengaluru, Gurugram, and Mumbai.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative located in Kozhikode. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the benefits of NURA’s screening programs, and persuading them to schedule appointments. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate sales records, following up with leads, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Customer Support and Training
• Proven Sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
