Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, providing customer service and support, and facilitating sales. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, training customers on product usage, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Customer Service and Customer Support experience
• Proven Sales skills
• Experience in providing Training to customers
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite in Indore
• Basic understanding of the agricultural sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
