A Telesales Executive is a professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager & Sales Associates. The job is based on setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into active customers.

Telesales Executive Job responsibilities :

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills (Bengali, Hindi) and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through WhatsApp.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel )
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹9,500.00 per month
