* Salary Range:* ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Incentives

- *Job Summary:*

DIGITAL SOLUTIONS is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented *Telesales Executive* with prior experience in the *banking and card sales* sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our financial products , and closing sales over the phone

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell financial products, primarily credit/debit cards.

* Understand customer needs and pitch the right product offering.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

* Work closely with the sales team to improve the conversion rate.

* Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

*Required Skills:*

* Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.

* Influential and persuasive selling skills.

* Ability to handle objections confidently and convert interest into sales.

* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

* Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity such as excel.

*Eligibility:*

* Minimum 1–2 years of telesales experience, preferably in banking/financial services.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous roles.
