We focus on academic excellence, personal mentoring, and career guidance for aspiring students. Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and confident female tele-caller to handle incoming and outgoing calls, generate leads, and assist the counselling and admission teams in achieving enrollment goals. You will play a key role in representing the brand voice of PIIOTA over the phone. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to students and parents to inform them about our courses (NEET/JEE/Foundation). Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and online inquiries. Share course details, admission process, and scholarship test information clearly. Fix appointments for counselling and demo sessions. Maintain proper call logs, follow-up records, and status updates in Excel/CRM. Assist the marketing team during school visits, society campaigns, and events by following up with interested students. Coordinate with the counsellors for lead updates and conversions. Candidate Requirements Qualification: 12th pass minimum (Graduation preferred) Experience: 6 months – 2 years in teleselling, customer service, or admissions (Education sector preferred) Languages: Fluent in Hindi; Basic English understanding required Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business Must have good voice clarity, communication skills, and a polite, confident attitude Salary & Benefits💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience) 🎯 Incentives: Performance-based (per admission) 📚 Training & Growth: On-the-job training + opportunity to grow into Senior Tele-caller / Counsellor Assistant Work Schedule Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Week Off: 1 weekday (fixed or rotational) Why Join Us?
