Job description Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: No.849,F/F,Udyog Vihar Phase-5,Sector-19, Udyog Vihar, Opposite Lemon Tree Hotel, Haryana, Gurugram - 122016. Key Responsibilities: Inbound Sales: Handle customer inquiries and convert leads to customers to meet monthly sales target and team targets Build strong relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions Outbound Sales: Make outbound calls to generate leads and drive sales. Present products effectively to potential customers and secure conversions. Follow-Up & Customer Retention: Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain customer interest and engagement Proactively maintain a great customer rapport and work on customer retention strategies for repeat business Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
