Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Kolkata

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome

Gender: Male & Female

Candidates Working Hours: Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

 Explain company products or services clearly and persuasively

 Generate leads and follow up with potential clients

 Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems

 Meet daily and monthly targets set by the team leader

 Build strong relationships with clients through polite and helpful communication

Requirements:

 Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [local language, e.g., Hindi/Bengali]

 Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

 Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented personality

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Freshers are encouraged to apply – training will be provided
