Telecaller (Voice Process) – Digital Marketing Company

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates Welcome

Gender: Male & Female Candidates

Working Hours: Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Explain company products or services clearly and persuasively
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems
• Meet daily and monthly targets set by the team leader
• Build strong relationships with clients through polite and helpful communication

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [local language, e.g., Hindi/Bengali]
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Freshers are encouraged to apply – training will be provided
