Description We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Tele Caller Freshers to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service, and are looking to kickstart their careers in the telecalling industry. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain and update customer information in the database. Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management. Follow up with leads and prospects to close sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries effectively. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional language). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good listening skills and the ability to persuade customers. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
