Techno-Functional Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

During Deal Cycle

• Engage with customers to explain our AI/ML offerings from a domain perspective.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate these into technical specifications for the engineering team.
• Assist in Discovery and Assessment phases to define solution scope and feasibility.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and value propositions to customers.

Pre-Sales Support

• Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver impactful customer presentations and demos.
• Work closely with engineering to craft responses to RFPs/RFIs and solution documents.
• Customize sales pitches based on industry best practices, domain trends, and customer pain points.

Product Management Support

• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring domain insights are incorporated into product design.
• Provide engineering teams with latest domain trends, operational challenges, and functional insights.
• Ensure product roadmaps align with industry benchmarks and evolving business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• B.E/ B. Tech and/or MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (mandatory).
• 5–7 years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain domain, with exposure to AI/ML or digital transformation initiatives preferred.
• Strong understanding of AIML technology, business processes, particularly in manufacturing and logistics workflows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer interactions.
• Proven ability to work in pre-sales and product management environments.
