Technical Trainer(Project Based)

Job Title: Technical Trainer Company: Cograd Type: Contractual (Project-based) Location: PAN India (On-ground or Online)

About the Role Cograd is hiring trainers for a national STEM education program focused on empowering girl students of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (NVS). Trainers will conduct hands-on sessions in Microcontroller Basics, Arduino, Robotics, IoT, Coding (Python, C++, Scratch), and AI.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct engaging, hands-on STEM training sessions at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas as workshops, and Innovation Clubs

● Deliver training in Microcontroller Basics, Arduino, Robotics, IoT, Python, C++, Scratch, and AI ( Basics of AI and Tools)

● Customize teaching to suit diverse learning needs of girl students

● Collaborate with Cograd to refine content based on feedback

● Maintain records of training sessions and participant progress

Contract Terms

● Duration: Project-based

● Mode: On-ground or online

● Travel/Stay: Provided for on-ground sessions

Compensation

● ₹1,000 per day (Travel and accommodation separately included)

Qualifications

● Education: B.Tech graduates or current B.Tech students in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields

● Skills:

o Proficiency in Microcontrollers, Arduino, Robotics, IoT, Python, C++, Scratch, and AI ( Basics of AI, AI tools for education)

o Strong communication and teaching skills

o Adaptable and open to travel
