Role Description

This is a full-time on-site / Hybrid/ Work From Home role for a Technical Trainer – IoT & Embedded Systems, located in Tiruchirappalli. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs and workshops. Daily tasks include developing training materials, conducting hands-on sessions, assessing training effectiveness, and providing ongoing support and mentorship to participants. The role involves collaborating with curriculum developers and staying updated with the latest advancements in IoT and embedded systems.

• Technical Trainers, Training & Development, Technical Training skills
• Strong Communication and Training skills
• Experience in IoT and Embedded Systems
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills
• Ability to engage and inspire learners
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Previous experience in effectively conducting hands-on training workshops
• Fluency in local languages is a plus
