Technical Support Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented, tech-savvy individuals to join our Technical Support Team. You will act as a bridge between our users and internal tech teams, providing timely, structured, and effective support across all platforms and shift windows.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support via Zoho Desk, email, WhatsApp, and phone
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to understand and resolve real-time queries
• Accurately log, categorize, and escalate tickets as per defined SOPs
• Ensure timely closure of raised issues and follow up proactively with stakeholders
• Maintain thorough documentation and support logs for every ticket handled
• Support backend team by collecting, verifying, and communicating client requirements and gaps

Tools & Platforms:

• Zoho Desk (Ticketing Platform)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
• Jira or other task tracking tools

Required skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or any technical discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or product coordination role
• Strong troubleshooting and logical thinking
• Good written and verbal communication
• Strong coordination skills to work with multiple teams simultaneously
• Quick learner with adaptability to new tools or system changes
• Understanding of SOPs, escalation matrices, and compliance handling
• Working knowledge or background in the transport or logistics industry will be considered a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
