Ideal candidates should have a strong technical background and prior experience in international customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle international customer queries via chat support. Troubleshoot technical issues related to software/hardware/networking. Ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. Maintain service level agreements and key KPIs (D-SAT, C-SAT). Candidate Profile: Technical background is a must (Graduate/Undergraduate eligible). International customer service experience preferred. Proficient in troubleshooting procedures.
