The ideal candidate will have a strong undertsanding of IT products and excellent communication skill. Key of Responsibility: -Assisted customers with technical support inquiries. -Diagnose hardware and software issues. -Troubleshoot and solving issues of hardware and software. -Calling to the clients and Site Visits for support.
