Technical Support Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Executives who can handle customer queries, manage service requests, and perform basic diagnostics and minor repairs on medical devices. The ideal candidates should possess strong English communication skills (verbal & written) and a basic technical aptitude to support troubleshooting and minor hardware servicing.

Customer Support:

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and empathetic manner.

- Respond to service inquiries, complaints, and technical support requests.

- Log service tickets and track issue resolution via CRM/ticketing system.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction post-service.

Technical Support:

- Provide first-level support for installation and usage issues.

- Perform basic diagnostics and minor repairs on small medical devices.

- Coordinate with the Korea HQ technical team for complex issues.

- Maintain service logs and documentation.

Coordination & Reporting:

- Maintain service inventory and tools.

- Report recurring issues and customer feedback to management.

- Assist in generating service reports and analysis.

- Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or any relevant field preferred.

- 1-3 years in customer service, tech support, or after-sales service.

- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory. Hindi and regional languages are a plus.

- Basic knowledge of electronic hardware components.

- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and ticketing tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented.
