Tech support Executive Job Description
Experience :- 1-2 Yrs
Location – Bhopal
Qualification – B.Tech/ BCA / MCA / CPCT
Timing - 5:30 am - 1:30 pm Morning shift
Responsibilities of Tech support Executives:
1. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
2. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
3. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
4. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
5. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
6. Prepare accurate and timely reports.
7. Logging and keeping records of customer queries.
8. Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems.
Requirements of Tech support Executives:
· To provide technical support to our projects at CRISP and also at on site of the clients.
· To technically assist our clients as per the guidance of our Project team;
· Operation and support
· Working with customers/ CRISP Team Member to identify the problem.
· Logging and keeping records of customer queries.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
