Company Name: AQ Techno Service Location: Ramanthapur, Bhagya Nagar – Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time (3 Shift Rotation) Department: Customer Support & Technical Service Coordination 🧑‍💼 Position Summary:Customer Support & Service Coordinator ka kaam hai customer ke calls receive karna, unki complaint note karna, suitable technician ko assign karna aur service ke baad customer se feedback lena. Aap technician aur customer ke beech communication ka bridge banenge. 📋 Key Responsibilities:Customer Call Handling Customer ke service-related calls receive karna. Problem detail (Name, Number, Address, Issue) accurately note karna. Complaint ko register/book karna. Technician Assignment Complaint technician ko forward karna (WhatsApp, call ya app se). Technician ka response aur job status track karna. Urgent complaints ko priority dena. Follow-up & Feedback Service hone ke baad customer ko call karke feedback lena. Dissatisfaction hone par higher team ko escalate karna. Reporting & Handover Shift-wise call log aur technician report maintain karna. Apne shift ke end mein agle shift ko proper handover dena. ✅ Required Skills:Communication Skills (Hindi, Telugu, Basic English) Basic Computer Knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Call Logs) Patience, Follow-up Ability, Customer Focus Team Coordination & Time Management 📚 Qualifications:Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred) Freshers Welcome (Training Provided) Prior Customer Support/Service Experience Preferred 🕘 Shift Timings (Rotation Basis):ShiftTimingMorning Shift 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM Mid Shift 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Evening Shift 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM 🔁 Shifts rotate among team members weekly. 🌙 No Night Shift
