Our products are designed with different recycling systems, procedures, machine capacities, and verification technologies to cater to all client requirements. We are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that enhance recycling efficiency and convenience for our valued customers. We work with government bodies, corporations, and communities to create a circular economy through innovation and impact-driven technology. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Executive. The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, understanding client needs, providing technical expertise, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. The role includes preparing and delivering technical presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities in the waste management, sustainability, and government sectors Present and demonstrate technical products (RVMs, dashboards, DRS software) to prospective clients Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions Collaborate with technical and operations teams to develop proposals and quotations Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategic growth Maintain strong customer relationships and post-sales follow-up Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills Technical knowledge and understanding of machines and recycling processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations Strong negotiation and contract management abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients Experience in related industries or technical sales is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field Willingness to travel within India as needed What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work on impactful sustainability projects Career growth in a fast-evolving industry Young, dynamic, and mission-driven team Exposure to global market Show more Show less
