Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities Promote and sell injection molding machines to new and existing customers. Understand customer requirements and provide technical consultation on machine configurations, specifications, and applications. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer training sessions. Prepare sales proposals, cost estimates, and contract documentation in coordination with the engineering and commercial teams. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client visits both domestically and internationally. Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team to ensure proper machine installation, commissioning, and after-sales support. Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve product positioning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in technical sales or application engineering, preferably in plastic machinery. Solid knowledge of plastic processing technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset. Show more Show less
