Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Mahesana. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent. Daily tasks will involve developing recruitment strategies, building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The Technical Recruiter will also be expected to maintain strong communication with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Mahesana
• Previous experience in IT staffing is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
