Role Description

This is a full-time, 5-days work-from-office role based in Pune.

As a Technical Recruiter at QuestionPro, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for our technical roles. You'll be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and onboarding high-caliber technical talent across a range of technologies, including but not limited to React, JavaScript, Node.js, and Java. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and engineering leads to define role requirements and ensure we attract the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles
• Proactively source candidates using various channels
• Evaluate technical skills, particularly in front-end and back-end stacks (React, JavaScript, Node.js, Java, etc.)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Drive and contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates
• Maintain recruitment data and reporting

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in technical recruiting, especially for engineering roles
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to assess technical talent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership
• Experience in employer branding or a strong interest in talent marketing is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
