Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an IT Recruitment Vendor Management Specialist. The specialist will manage day-to-day interactions with recruitment vendors, coordinate vendor activities, and ensure compliance with recruitment processes and policies. Additionally, responsibilities include developing and maintaining vendor relationships, monitoring vendor performance, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports on recruitment activities and vendor performance.
Qualifications
Experience in IT recruitment and vendor management
Skills in contract negotiation and vendor performance monitoring
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the technology sector is a plus
Familiarity with recruitment technologies and platforms
