Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Operations Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Technical Operations Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring electrical systems are functioning properly, and providing analytical support. Effective communication with team members and clients to diagnose and resolve issues will be a key part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Analytical Skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Proficiency in Electricity systems and components
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Relevant certifications in technical fields are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
