Job Summary:We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Technical Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, manage product specifications, assist in troubleshooting, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and assistance to customers, clients, and internal teams. Understand product specifications and explain features, benefits, and technical details to clients. Collaborate with the sales team to support pre- and post-sales technical requirements. Conduct product testing, documentation, and troubleshooting. Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement or enhancement. Coordinate with R&D, production, and quality control teams to ensure technical accuracy. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and manuals. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related technical field. 1–3 years of experience in a technical support, engineering, or similar role. Strong understanding of technical products and problem-solving skills. Good communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in using technical software and tools relevant to the industry.
