Role Description

Devlinx is seeking a motivated and technically inclined Technical Sales Intern to join our team full-time at our Kolkata office. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and education, with a strong drive to connect clients with innovative edtech solutions and services.

1) Freshers are welcome

2) Students currently pursuing degrees are also eligible

3) Full training and support will be provided

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage in sales outreach to promote Devlinx’s edtech services and training programs.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable service-based solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.
• Deliver clear and engaging presentations or demos on how our services meet educational or training goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with available offerings.
• Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in technology, education, and customer interaction.
• Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written.
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging way.
• Must be available for a full-time on-site role in Kolkata. (Flexible)
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
• Students currently pursuing a degree are encouraged to apply.
