Job Description

Role Snapshot- We are hiring a hands-on Application Support Lead to manage incident resolution, maintenance, and troubleshooting for enterprise web applications built on the .NET stack. Focus: 70% Operations / Maintenance | 30% Development (Minor Enhancements) Key Responsibilities - · Lead L3 support, incident management, bug fixing, RCA & troubleshooting. · Support and maintain .NET / Web API-based applications. · Handle performance tuning, outages, application stability. · Collaborate with dev teams for change requests, minor enhancements. · Engage with clients/business users for issue resolution & updates. · Supervise a small support team ensuring SLA & uptime adherence. Must have skills- · Application/Production Support (L2/L3) for Web Apps. · Strong in .NET / ASP.NET / C#, Web APIs, SQL (Oracle/MS SQL). · Exposure to Angular / React (hands-on optional). · Experience with Splunk/log analysis tools. · ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change Management. · Strong communication for client/user interactions. Ideal Candidate- · 8+ years in Application Support / Maintenance (.NET Stack). · Past roles: Application Support Lead, L3 Support Engineer, Production Support Lead. · Experience with web app support in product-based or large IT services companies. · Pune or Gurgaon based for onsite team coordination.
