Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Team Leader who can manage a team, drive sales in the field as well as in-house, and take charge of client meetings both on-site and at the office. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing services and SaaS products, and strong leadership skills to motivate the team towards achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
• Generate leads and convert them through field visits and office-based meetings.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale support and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and updates for management.
• Identify new business opportunities in local and regional markets.
• Train new team members on products, sales processes, and communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (experience in digital marketing/SaaS will be preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with both field sales and office-based client meetings.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing concepts and SaaS services.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
