We are looking for an ideal candidate with relevant experience as a team lead or head of the sales and marketing department in the abroad education industry. Responsibilities: As the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will have the following duties;  Design and deploy potent sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue objectives and optimizing business prospects.  Lead initiatives to expand our reach and partnerships globally, contributing to the growth of our client base in diverse markets.  Forge and nurture personalized relationships with clients worldwide, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement.  Employ diverse channels to identify and convert leads into active clients across international markets.  Conduct thorough market research to inform strategic marketing approaches tailored to various regions.  Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction on a global scale.  Provide insightful weekly and monthly reports and ensure adherence to international regulations and company policies.  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. Qualifications;  Bachelor's degree.  Prior experience in international business development or client relationship management, within the overseas educational sector.  Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience.  Exceptional communication, sales, negotiation, and networking skills with a global mindset.  Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across borders, with a focus on achieving results.  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with educational technology trends is advantageous.  Comfortable in handling multiple projects and working on tight deadlines.
