Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform quality checks to ensure all components meet company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues during assembly process
• Test and calibrate assembled components to ensure proper functionality
• Collaborate with other team members to improve assembly processes and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the automation industry
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed

Additional Parameters:

• Knowledge of PLC programming and electrical systems is a plus
• Experience with CAD software is a plus
• Willingness to travel for training and project assignments
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
