  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed


Job Summary:

The TEAL-Engineer 1 Mechanical Assembly will be responsible for assembling and testing mechanical components and systems for our automation solutions. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to assemble mechanical components and systems
  • Use hand and power tools to assemble, test, and troubleshoot mechanical systems
  • Follow TEAL system guidelines and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Identify and resolve any issues or defects in the assembly process
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality
  • Travel to client sites for installation and maintenance as needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly
  • Knowledge of TEAL system is preferred
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and concepts
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
