Job Position: Talent Acquisition Department: HRM – Time Office & CLM office Company : RiDiK Pte Ltd Location : Kalinga Nagar, Jajpur, Odisha Experience : 3-6yrs Qualification : Graduate Key Skills : -Initiation of CLM Registration process for a Vendor After issuance of PO -Mapping of Work Order at CLM -Quota update for the vendor -Initiation of Safety Pass Requisition of workmen -Monitoring of Monthly Compliance of Contract Workers -Verification and Approval of Monthly wage Compliance -Verification and Approval of Monthly ESI, EPF Compliance -Physical Filing of Wage, ESI, EPF, Bonus, LWF, Leave With Wages and Other Compliance Document -Training of Vendors for Gate Pass , Compliance and HR Clearance through E-Proc -Approval of 1st Level HR Clearance Application submitted by Vendor -Reporting related to Manpower/ Contract Workers/ TSL Employees Through MIS -Maintaining the Registers related to Labour Office -Notice Circulation Job Summary We’re looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to support our team in Bhubaneswar and Jamshedpur .
