Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance for assigned roles, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all parties are well-prepared and the process runs efficiently. Offer Management: Assist in the preparation and extension of job offers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that enhance our employer brand and attract a diverse pool of talent. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. Sourcing Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in using various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, Naukri, etc.). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities. Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
