We have 10 offices across India and working for various e-governance projects of National Importance, and looking to hire two dynamic Recruiters / TA Specialists with experience in end-to-end hiring. Position Details: 🔹 1. IT & Non-IT Recruiter · Experience in sourcing and recruiting for both IT and Non-IT roles (50% each). · Ideal for candidates with diversified hiring background and adaptability. 🔹 2. IT Recruiter · Strong hands-on experience in sourcing for core IT roles (developers, testers, infra, etc.). · Must be familiar with the latest tech stacks and hiring trends. Common Requirements (For Both Roles): · Experience: Minimum 1.5 years+ in recruitment (relevant to the role applied for). · Notice Period: Should be able to join within 15 days . · Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills. · Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. · Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc. Work Details: · CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹3.6 LPA (flexible for the right candidate based on interview & skillset) · Working Days: 6 days a week (2 alternate Saturdays off) · Timings: 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM · Interview Mode: Face-to-Face only Why Join Us? · Exposure to versatile hiring domains · Dynamic and supportive work environment · Career growth opportunities Interested?
