Job Description

This position is responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition cycle for all level hiring. You will be interviewing candidates for the defined positions in compliance with company policies and statutory/regulatory guidelines. Working closely with managers and stakeholders from different departments, you will understand the exact requisitions, identify talents through networking, special pools, etc., and recommend them for final processing post your evaluation. You will be conducting recruiting assignments as appropriate and should be able to operate efficiently under minimal supervision. This role is that of an individual contributor and includes responsibilities such as bulk-hiring, lateral hiring, stakeholder management, driving closures, and vendor management. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing candidates through vendors/consultants, job portals, and referrals. - Conducting initial rounds of interviews. - Coordinating with senior management and heads of departments for personal/telephonic rounds of interviews. - Coordinating with candidates for documents post their selections. - Negotiating and preparing offers post selection of candidates. - Following up with candidates on their joining dates. - Empanelment of consultants and vendors. - Maintaining relations with vendors. - Follow up with vendors for getting candidates. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and metrics, ensuring talent acquisition expenses are as per the defined budget, controlling attrition for 0-6 months, and maintaining metrics for talent acquisition/standard operating process adherence. It is important to ensure continuous adherence to existing guidelines on various aspects of delivery, response to internal clients, mail etiquettes, and to people-related policies/procedures while maintaining integrity, discipline, and confidentiality. Adherence to the ISMS Policy and Quality Management System of the organization is also required. Experience Required: 9+ years of experience in pure-play talent acquisition for both IT and non-IT segments. Qualification: Full-time graduation. Work Location: Mumbai/Bangalore.
