Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can identify, attract, and engage top talent while enhancing the candidate experience and aligning hiring practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates using diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit for both role and culture.
  • Manage the candidate experience from application through onboarding to create a seamless and engaging process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and generate regular hiring reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organizations talent appeal.
  • Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices across all stages of the hiring process.
  • Stay informed about market trends, talent intelligence, and evolving hiring technologies to continuously innovate sourcing strategies.

  • Experience in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in using recruitment analytics to inform decision-making and improve hiring processes.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies and experience executing branding campaigns.
  • Understanding of DEI best practices and a commitment to inclusive hiring.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing hiring needs and market dynamics.
