Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 3. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices. 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 5. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. 6. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. 7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
