Roles and Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Acquire and manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). Deepen existing client relationships by understanding financial goals and offering tailored banking and investment solutions. Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities across liability products such as credit cards, life insurance, general insurance, fixed deposits, and mutual funds. Drive consistent growth in the portfolio value through new client acquisition and increased wallet share. Channel Collaboration: Collaborate with retail branch banking teams to create and convert business opportunities across regions and channels. Support team-based targets while promoting synergy between departments. Third-party Product Sales: Promote and sell third-party financial products in partnership with leading institutions, ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver best-in-class customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and service requirements. Ensure timely and accurate documentation, onboarding, and service delivery for all clients. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields. Proven track record in HNI/NRI relationship management within the banking/financial services industry. Strong product knowledge across banking and investment offerings. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
