Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive Location: S.P. Ring Road, Opp. Vraj Gardens, Ahmedabad – 380058 CTC: ₹2.50–₹3.00 LPA (Salary is negotiable for the right candidate) Open to: Male & Female candidates About the Role: We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates across various functions while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions in collaboration with department heads Use job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and other platforms to attract suitable candidates Maintain and update the applicant tracking database Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain a database of potential candidates Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Generate recruitment reports, track hiring metrics, and support HR documentation Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate or Post-Graduate from a recognized university (MBA in HR preferred) Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and general MS Office tools Familiar with sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Talent Acquisition Executive: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Preferred) Work Location: In person
