Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Water, EPCC, and in-house hiring environments

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle – from sourcing to onboarding – for roles in the Water sector, EPCC projects, and internal functions
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower needs and develop talent strategies
• Source and screen candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, and recruitment agencies
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline building
• Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports
  

Requirements

• 3–7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in fast-paced environments
• Proven experience hiring for Water / Infrastructure / EPCC sectors
• Experience working as an in-house recruiter is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  

Work Flexibility

• Candidate should be open to working from the Coimbatore office 2 days per week
• Willing to spend up to 2 weeks in the Chennai office when required (accommodation will be arranged by the company)
• Open to candidates from anywhere in India, but preference will be given to those closer to Coimbatore
