Job Title: T-Shaped Digital Marketing Specialist

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Role Overview

We're hiring a T-Shaped Digital Marketing Specialist on a contract basis to support our client-facing digital marketing operations. This role requires deep expertise in at least two verticals (such as Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), SEO, Shopify, or Content Strategy) along with a broad understanding of the full digital marketing stack.

The specialist will primarily work for one of our key clients and must take ownership of performance, ensuring timely delivery, proactive planning, and client satisfaction at all times.

Nature of Engagement

• This is a performance-based contract with no fixed end date — you can continue as long as your performance meets expectations.
• You will be directly responsible for client satisfaction, including communication, planning, and execution.
• Proactive ownership is a must — rather than waiting for instructions, you are expected to present ideas and action plans that improve the client’s CRO, traffic, and sales.
• Daily updates and timesheets must be submitted to both the client and Fenebris.
• All tasks are expected to be delivered on time with high standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong proficiency in CRO, SEO, Shopify strategy, and content marketing
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Shopify Admin, Looker Studio, etc.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Copy.ai) for productivity, automation, and reporting
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and with accountability

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning: Develop and present strategies to boost the client’s performance metrics (CRO, engagement, sales) without waiting for instruction
• Campaign Execution: Run and monitor integrated campaigns across PR, content, social, email, paid media, and Shopify
• Client Reporting & Coordination:
• Submit daily updates and timesheets
• Communicate all deliverables and progress clearly to both Fenebris and the client
• Be responsive during working hours
• Analytics & Optimization: Use data tools to track results, suggest improvements, and optimize marketing efforts
• Brand Consistency & Content Creation: Deliver compelling content and campaign assets that are aligned with the client's tone and vision
• Market Analysis & Forecasting: Stay on top of trends, make informed suggestions, and contribute to long-term growth planning

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
