As we grow, we’re looking for a skilled Structure Designer who can bring innovative greenhouse and protected farming structures to life using CAD tools. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects in the agri-tech space. Role Overview: The Structure Designer will be responsible for creating precise 2D and 3D structural designs for greenhouses, polyhouses, shade nets, and related farm infrastructure. Your work will support on-ground implementation, fabrication, and long-term functionality of sustainable agri-projects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed 2D & 3D structural drawings for greenhouse and protected cultivation projects. - Create layout plans, fabrication schematics, and assembly diagrams using AutoCAD or similar software. - Collaborate with the design, engineering, and execution teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with field requirements. - Revise and adapt designs based on project needs, site feedback, and climatic variations. - Ensure all drawings comply with safety standards, agricultural best practices, and government guidelines. - Maintain documentation, drawing records, and version control for each project. - Assist field teams with drawing interpretation during installation and construction phases. What We're Looking For: - Minimum 2 years of experience in structural design (preferably in greenhouses, polyhouses, or agricultural infrastructure). - Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD tools for technical drawing and drafting. - Understanding of structural elements: GI pipes, frames, trusses, joints, cladding, etc. - Knowledge of agro-climatic design considerations is a strong plus. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Good communication skills for team collaboration and field coordination. 📩 Ready to grow with us?
