Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Build Strategic Partnerships
• Drive Sales of Educational Programs
• Work closely with the content, marketing, and tech teams to align offerings with partner needs and ensure smooth program execution.
• Support Proposal and Pitch Development
• Maintain and Nurture Relationships
• Track Performance and Generate Insights
• Monitor sales performance, partnership outcomes, and learner feedback to refine strategies and optimize program impact.
• Represent Hansa Medcell at conferences, webinars, and industry events.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-3 years of experience (Fresher).
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree with a strong interest in medical education, business development, or healthcare marketing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, persuasive, and comfortable in a client-facing role.
• Prior experience in partnerships, sales, ed-tech, pharma, or healthcare communication is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
