Responsibilities :Lead Strategic Alliances function for designated locations within the Home loan Business at NAVI.Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance our presence in the home loans market across the country, considering customer needs, leveraging industry trends and competitive landscape.This role entails establishing and nurturing long lasting strategic partnerships to enhance our wallet share while delivering seamless convenience & superior experience to the user.Build, manage and motivate your team, be accountable for their performance and provide them with professional development opportunities.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make data-driven recommendations and implement them for continuous improvement.The role will require integrating customer experience, channel strategy and P&L management.Stay informed about regulatory changes in the home loans industry and ensure that our strategies align with compliance requirements.
Key Skills Required :Experience : 4 to 6 years.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.Business first thinking with a focus on achieving strategic objectives and cultivating impactful alliances.Proactive approach to problem-solving, and an ability to drive innovation in product and service offerings.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams within NAVI and thrive in a fast paced environment.Strong negotiation skills to navigate and influence key decisions during partnership development.Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results in a dynamic business environment as a self-starter.
